Queen Adda – ‘Don’t Touch Me’ SINGLE REVIEW [Music]

By robulitski @robulitski · On March 7, 2020

Brighton-based quartet Queen Adda have released a new track called ‘Don’t Touch Me’. The female-lead group describe themselves as a “greasy mix of alt rock with a heavy 90’s R&B influence, battling ‘taboo’ topics including LOVE, LOSS, SEXISM, RACE and EQUALITY.” These themes are definitely on display in this track, exploring sexual harassment through true stories from friends and family members.

Hurtling ahead with punchy vocals and impressive guitar solos, this song is a statement and a war cry, tackling universal themes with a considered yet ambitious sound.
